It is, first of all, meat (basically, pork or a beef), vegetables, a fish (the carp and a trout are very popular), a potato, cheese, batch (rolls with stuffings), and also all kind of delicious desserts. Be sure, that everyone will have find favourite dish, but menu is usually so various, that it would be desirable to try it all. And portions are huge. And of course try famous czech beer. This drink is the pride of the Czech nation. Without beer, they cannot imagine any meal. It is possible to order, certainly, any kind of drink, but having tried once the Czech beer, you, almost for sure, during a following dinner will make the right choice again. In Beskydy there is a most famous beer named "Radegast". About its quality speaks, for example, such fact. In 2004, at the international competition in Australia, beer "Radegast" from Nošovice has received bronze awards at once in two nominations: "beer Pilsner type" and "nonalcoholic beer".
